Born in İzmir, she begun her training as a soprano at the Izmir State Conservatoire in 1980. She completed her studies at the Opera Departement in 5 years ans was a appointed a soloist to the Izmir State Opera and Ballet where she performed the main roles in La Traviata, La Bohemme, Lucia di Lammermoor, Rigoletto, The Barber of Seville, Don Pasquale, The marriage of Figaro and The Magic Flute.

She also succesfully appeared with the Istanbul State Opera as Rosina in the Baber of Seville and Olympia in the tales of Hoffmann.She was invitedby Aydın Gun to yhe 19th International Istanbul Festival and sang Constanze in the Seduction from the Seraglio at the Topkapı Palace. She appeared as a soloist at the new year concert of the Presential Symphony Orchestra and sung the Soprano part of Beethoven's 9th Symphony at the Ankara Hippodrome.

She represented her country at the 1996 South Korea tour of the Izmir Symphonic Orchestra.She has performed the main role in the International Aspendos Opera And Ballet Festivals as Constanze(Seduction from the Seraglio) in the first, as the Night Queen(The Magic Flute), as Musetta( La Bohemme), as Lucia in (Lucia di Lammermoor) in subsequent years.

Aytül Büyüksaraç, after giving recital at Dom Soyus Concert Hall in Moscow received an invitation from the Burgaz and Baku Operas and performed Rosina(The Berber of Seville).

In 1996, she was invited to Montevideo - Uruguay Opera where she performed in the Magic Flute and was acclaimed as a solist. She appeared as Gilda(Rigoletto) at the 7th International Maria Biesu Festival of Moldova.In 1998 she sung the Soprano part of the Turkish Army Symphony composed by Çetin Işıközlü accompaigned by The Bilkent Symphony Orchestra.

In 1999, she gave recitals in Macedonia (Ohrid Summer Festival) accompanied by the pianist Demet Eytemiz and also at the Turkish week in Mexico City in the year 2000.In the same year she appeared with the Gerhard Mercator University Orchestra and Izmir State Opera and Ballet Orchestra at Ephesos Antique Theater and the repeat of the concert in Germany.(Theater der Stadt in Marl, University Concert Hall in Duisburg)

Aytül Büyüksaraç, besides her position as the solo artist of the Izmir State Opera and Ballet, was also General Art Director And Manager and for the past 15 years have been studying with Sabahat Tekebaş.

Büyüksaraç, received the "Best Opera Artist" Award with the Elletra's Party of Mozart's Odomeneo Opera in 2006-2007 Season given by Çıragan Lions Club.

In 2001, in order to be concentrate on her artistic activities she resigned from this job. Since 2002, she performed as as soloist artist at the Izmir State Opera and Ballet.
